A new year, a clean slate...

This year I will...
(1) lose weight (a classic!). How much? I have a goal in mind, recommended by my doctor. Going to weigh myself in the morning and assess the damage done by too much holiday cheer.

(2) put myself first more often without guilt or drama so I can be a better Mommy.

(3) dig deeper for a little more patience.

(4) step outside my comfort zone at least once a week.

(5) decide what I want to be when I grow up.
